To start a return, please contact our customer service team using our Contact page to obtain return authorisation. Once your return is authorised, please securely package item(s) and send them back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please ensure that the item(s) are in their original packaging and condition.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
