We currently ship to the UK only. We do not ship worldwide (yet) but intend to do so in the future.

When will I know if my order has been shipped?

Yes, we offer free tracked 24 hour delivery within the UK.

What is your return and refunds policy?

You have the right to return any unused and unopened item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. To start a return, please contact our customer service team using our Contact page to obtain return authorisation. Once your return is authorised, please securely package item(s) and send them back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please ensure that the item(s) are in their original packaging and condition.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any return shipping fees unless the item(s) received are damaged and defective.
